According to the three levels of standards (national standards, ministerial standards, and the company's own standards), perform quality assessment, make basic evaluations, and analyze the reasons for qualified or unqualified quality. This is the main part of the QA report.

Quality inspection report testing item requirements

1. If you apply for shops in apparel, children's clothing, home textiles, and footwear categories, each brand must provide at least one quality inspection report issued by a third-party authority.

a) Men's and women's clothing / bra / sculpting clothing / children's clothing / maternity clothing / socks: composition content, GB18401 full set, logo mark, appearance quality;

b) Infants and young children under the age of three: composition content, GB18401 full set, logo, appearance quality, saliva color fastness;

c) Home service / thermal underwear / bed kit: ingredient content, GB18401 full set, identification mark, appearance quality, washing size change rate;

d) Down clothing: composition content, GB18401 full set, logo, appearance quality, down content, down filling amount, raw material requirements;

e) Duvet core: composition content, identification mark, content of down, filling amount, raw material requirements;

f) Quilt / silk quilt core: composition content, identification mark, raw material requirements;

g) Leather / fur clothing and accessories: formaldehyde content, decomposable aromatic amine dyes, logos, appearance inspection, material identification;

h) Men's and women's shoes / sports shoes / children's shoes: folding resistance, bottom peeling strength, odor, logo, appearance inspection;

i) Shoes for infants and young children under three years old: odor, identification mark, appearance inspection, formaldehyde, decomposable aromatic amine dye, rubbing fastness.

1. Trolley case, back bag: specifications, appearance quality, identification marks, physical and mechanical properties;

2. Ticket holder: appearance quality, identification mark, material identification, physical and mechanical properties.

Note:

1) Formaldehyde and azo dyes need to be inspected for leather / fur bags; the appearance quality of trolley cases and back bags must include material identification;

2) Physical and mechanical properties should be tested according to the execution standards of the inspection bags.

a. Trolley case: Implemented in accordance with QB / T 2155-2010, the testing items are anti-fatigue performance, walking performance, shock impact performance, impact resistance performance, flat zipper strength of the zipper, surface hardness of the aluminum mouth of the box, box lock, and hardware accessories Corrosiveness (hard box also needs to test the static pressure resistance of the hard box body, the ball box's resistance to falling ball impact, etc .; the soft box also needs to test the stitching strength, color fastness to friction, etc.);

b. Carrying bag: According to QB / T 1333-2010, the test items are vibration impact performance, stitching strength, accessories, zipper durability, corrosion resistance of hardware accessories, color fastness to friction, etc .;

c. Ticket holder: According to QB / T 1619-2006, the testing items are the quality of accessories, durability of zippers, color fastness to rubbing, etc.
